Wir entwickeln und fertigen Hochleistungsboote aus Aluminium für polizeiliche, militärische und sicherheitsrelevante Einsätze. An unseren Standorten vereinen wir alle Schlüsseltechnologien – von Design und Engineering, CFD/FEM-Analysen und digitalem Twinning bis hin zu automatisiertem Schweißen mit einer speziell für uns entwickelten Roboteranlage, Systemintegration und Elektronikentwicklung. Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie gestalten, implementieren und entwickeln ein ganzheitliches Qualitätsmanagementsystem in Anlehnung an DIN EN ISO 9001 sowie AQAP 2110/2210 weiter
- Sie bauen Prozesse, Richtlinien und Standards für Qualitätssicherung und -dokumentation auf und pflegen diese
- Sie planen, führen interne sowie externe Audits durch und werten diese aus, inkl. Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
- Sie prüfen und geben Prüfnachweise, Warenausgangsprüfungen und Auslieferungsfreigaben frei
- Sie führen First Article Inspections (FAI) durch und bewerten Qualitätsanforderungen in Kundenanfragen und Verträgen auf Machbarkeit und Risiken
- Sie setzen qualitätsrelevante Maßnahmen in Entwicklungsprojekten und in der Fertigung um und verfolgen diese nach

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit ISO 9001 sowie idealerweise mit AQAP 2110/2210
- Sie haben Branchenkenntnisse in der Verteidigungs- oder Sicherheitsindustrie, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten (QMB) und internen Auditor absolviert
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und analytisch, besitzen Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
