Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, steuerst und organisierst Produktionsabläufe im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik
- Du koordinierst Module und Baugruppen, inklusive Schnittstellenmanagement Hardware/Software
- Du unterstützt beim Leiterplattenaufbau, von Prototyping bis zur Kleinserie, und setzt 3D-Druck für Prototypen, Vorrichtungen und Hilfsmittel ein
- Du kümmerst dich um den operativen Einkauf von Komponenten und Materialien in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferant:innen
- Du sicherst Qualität und Termine, dokumentierst und verbesserst kontinuierlich Prozesse
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Entwicklung, Produktion und externen Partner:innen zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst Praxis in Industrieelektronik/Mechatronik sowie in der Produktionsumgebung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Leiterplattenaufbau und 3D-Druck
- Du zeigst ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du verfügst über starke kommunikative Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
