Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Organisation der Produktionsabläufe für unsere elektrotechnischen und mechatronischen Baugruppen.
- Du koordinierst die Fertigung von Modulen und managst aktiv die Schnittstellen zwischen Hardware und Software in enger Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung.
- Du begleitest den Aufbau von Leiterplatten vom Prototyping bis zur Kleinserie und setzt den 3D-Druck gezielt für Vorrichtungen und Hilfsmittel ein.
- Du übernimmst den operativen Einkauf von Komponenten sowie Materialien und arbeitest dabei eng mit unseren strategischen Lieferant:innen zusammen.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Terminen sicher und treibst durch eine lückenlose Dokumentation die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst Praxis in Industrieelektronik/Mechatronik sowie in der Produktionsumgebung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Leiterplattenaufbau und 3D-Druck
- Du zeigst ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du verfügst über starke kommunikative Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
