Als Mechatroniker für Kälte- und Klimatechnik (m/w/d) sorgst Du bei unseren Kund:innen für das richtige Klima. Du verantwortest im Wechsel die Installation moderner Neuanlagen sowie die fachgerechte Wartung und Instandsetzung – eigenverantwortlich oder im starken Team.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst eigenständig neue Kälte- und Klimasysteme und verantwortest die gewissenhafte Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen unserer Kunden
- Bei technischen Störungen analysierst Du systematisch die Fehlerursache und behebst diese nachhaltig, um die Betriebssicherheit zu gewährleisten
- Als technische:r Expert:in vor Ort berätst Du unsere Kunden und Partner kompetent und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Serviceanfragen
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Innendienst planst Du Deine Routen und koordinierst die Materialbeschaffung für Deine Aufträge
- Du dokumentierst Deine Serviceeinsätze, Diagnosen und verwendeten Materialien lückenlos in unserem digitalen System

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Kälteanlagenbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kälte- und Klimatechnik mit und kennst dich mit gängigen Anlagen aus
- Als Gesicht unseres Unternehmens vor Ort überzeugst du mit Serviceorientierung, klarer Kommunikation und findest für jede technische Herausforderung eine Lösung
- Für deine Einsätze im Außendienst besitzt du einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, schätzt aber auch den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen austauschen zu können
