Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Anlaufstelle begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche von den Vorsorgeuntersuchungen bis zur Behandlung akuter Erkrankungen und baust eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu ihnen und ihren Familien auf.
- Du entwickelst ganzheitliche Behandlungspläne und arbeitest hierfür eng im interdisziplinären Team mit Therapeut:innen und anderen Fachärzt:innen zusammen.
- Mit deinem Fachwissen und Einfühlungsvermögen berätst du Eltern kompetent zu allen Fragen rund um die Gesundheit, Entwicklung und Prävention ihrer Kinder.
- Du gewährleistest eine lückenlose Behandlungsqualität durch eine sorgfältige Patientendokumentation und bringst deine Expertise aktiv in regelmäßige Fallbesprechungen ein.

- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer schätzt du den engen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen und Therapeut:innen.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C1-Niveau, sodass du auch in komplexen Situationen sicher kommunizieren kannst.
- Deine Leidenschaft für die Pädiatrie treibt dich an, dich stetig weiterzubilden und auf dem neuesten Stand der Medizin zu bleiben.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
