Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unsere Bau- und Sanierungsprojekte und leitest dein Team fachlich an, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
- Du koordinierst und führst anspruchsvolle Maurer-, Schalungs- und Bewehrungsarbeiten sowie die Montage von Betonfertigteilen auf Basis technischer Zeichnungen durch.
- Du überwachst aktiv den Baufortschritt, führst Qualitätskontrollen durch und sorgst für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle auf der Baustelle stimmst du dich eng mit der Bauleitung, Architekten und dem Geschäftsführer ab und berichten direkt an diese.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betonbauer, Stahlbetonbauer oder Maurer und eine Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier (m/w/d).
- Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
- Du arbeitest sicher nach Bauplänen sowie technischen Zeichnungen und überzeugst durch dein handwerkliches Geschick.
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie Höhentauglichkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch (mindestens B1), um dich im Team und auf der Baustelle sicher zu verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
