Sie bedienen moderne Zweiwegebagger und übernehmen anspruchsvolle Erd- und Bauarbeiten im Ingenieur-, Lärmschutzwand- und gleisgebundenen Bereich – präzise, verantwortungsvoll und immer nach geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften im Schienen- und Straßenbetrieb. Dabei führen Sie Aushub-, Hebe- und Verladearbeiten aus und unterstützt aktiv Bau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Gleisanlagen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Polier, Bauleiter und dem Baustellenteam sowie die regelmäßige Pflege und Wartung ihrer Maschinen tragen Sie maßgeblich zum reibungslosen und erfolgreichen Bauablauf bei.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen und bedienen Zweiwegebagger im Ingenieur-, Lärmschutzwand- und gleisgebundenen Erdbau
- Sie arbeiten sicher im Schienen- und Straßenbetrieb gemäß geltenden Vorschriften
- Sie führen Aushub-, Hebe- und Verladearbeiten durch
- Sie unterstützen bei Bau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Gleisanlagen
- Sie kontrollieren, pflegen und warten regelmäßig das Fahrzeug und die Arbeitsausrüstung
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Polier, Bauleiter und dem Baustellenteam zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, dies ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zweiwegebaggern und Baumaschinen (z. B. Mobilbagger)
- Sie besitzen einen gültigen Zweiwegeführerschein/Befähigungsnachweis für Zweiwegebagger oder sind bereit, sich zu qualifizieren
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Zusatzqualifikationen wie einen Baumaschinenführerschein oder Kenntnisse im Spezialtiefbau
- Sie haben technisches Verständnis und Verantwortungsbewusstsein für sicheres Arbeiten
- Sie sind bereit zu gelegentlichen Wochenend- oder Montageeinsätzen je nach Projekt
