Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kalkulieren und erstellen selbstständig Angebote für exklusive Tischler- und Innenausbauarbeiten auf internationalen Märkten, einschließlich hochwertiger Möbel, Wand- und Deckenverkleidungen, Türen, Stein, Glas sowie Leder und Stoffbespannungen
- Sie erstellen Leistungsverzeichnisse, technische Anforderungen und Detailbeschreibungen für internationale Projekte, maßgeblich in englischer Sprache
- Sie ermitteln Mengen und schätzen Leistungen ein
- Sie recherchieren, holen Angebote ein und bewerten diese, auch von ausländischen Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern im Bereich Holz und Innenausbau
- Sie erstellen Vergabebudgets für Nachunternehmer sowie Stunden- und Materialbudgets für die eigene Fertigung und arbeiten Nachträge für laufende Projekte aus, inklusive der Einpflege der Budgets in das Controlling
- Sie berücksichtigen länderspezifische Normen, Materialien und Zulassungen und arbeiten mit internationalen Architekt:innen, Designer:innen, Projektbeteiligten und Fertigungsteams zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation, z.B. als Tischlermeister:in, Techniker:in, oder verfügen über langjährige Berufserfahrung oder ein Ingenieursstudium mit Bezug auf das Baugewerbe/Innenausbau
- Sie haben relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kalkulation von Ausbauprojekten, idealerweise im hochwertigen Innenausbau
- Sie besitzen tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der gängigen Bauabläufe, Materialien und Ausführungstechniken
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift und sind sicher im Umgang mit AutoCad und MS Office
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kostenbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Kund:innenorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
