Du betreust unsere internationalen Firmenkunden
Du wickelst das Tagesgeschäft unserer Kunden ab: Angebots- und Auftragsbearbeitung, Rechnungserstellung
Du betreust und unterstützt den Vertriebsaußendienst
Du kooperierst und arbeitest mit dem Bereich Logistik bezüglich Auftragsbearbeitung, Einrichtung und Überwachung von Konsignationslager sowie Wareneingänge zusammen
Du übernimmst administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Büroorganisation

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
Du bist motiviert zu selbstständigem Arbeiten, aber auch zu erfolgreichem Arbeiten im Team
Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
Du arbeitest kundenorientiert und bist kommunikationsstark
Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
