Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsteams suchen wir dich als erfahrene, technisch starke Persönlichkeit, die als System Engineer die technische Gesamtverantwortung in einem komplexen Produktentwicklungsprojekt übernimmt. In dieser Schlüsselrolle steuerst du alle technischen Aspekte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg und prägst die Produktkonzeption und -umsetzung maßgeblich.

Deine Aufgaben:

Verantwortung für alle technischen Inhalte innerhalb eines Entwicklungsprojekts – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Marktreife
Übersetzung von Produktanforderungen in klare, prüfbare und umsetzbare Systemanforderungen (Pflichtenheft), Definition passender Anforderungen an die Komponenten und Festlegung entsprechender Schnittstellen
Kontinuierliche Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Projektleitung, Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen
Entwicklung von Systemarchitekturen, Spezifikationen und Designrichtlinien
Identifikation und Bewertung technischer Potentiale und Risiken, inklusive der Erstellung und Betreuung präventiver und reaktiver Qualitätsmaßnahmen während des Produktentstehungsprozesses (zum Beispiel FMEA) sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Zertifizierungsanforderungen
Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen und Problemstellungen im Produktentstehungsprozess
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen auf System- und Komponentenebene sowie Reporting an alle relevanten Stakeholder

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium – idealerweise Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Ingenieurdisziplin (z. B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik)
Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der fachlichen Verantwortung für komplexe technische Produktentwicklungen
