Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen und koordinieren die fachlich unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Sie planen den Personaleinsatz und wirken bei der Urlaubsplanung mit
- Sie wirken bei der Einarbeitung, Unterweisung und Qualifikationsentwicklung mit
- Sie protokollieren und dokumentieren den Schichtlauf inklusive Übergabe
- Sie überwachen die Arbeitsabläufe unter Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Schutzbestimmungen
- Sie stellen das Produktionsprogramm nach Qualität, Termin und Wirtschaftlichkeit sicher und organisieren Maschinen, Materialien und Betriebsmittel

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit bestmöglich erweiterter fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation zum Meister/Techniker (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung, Produktion oder Industrie
- Sie bringen die Bereitschaft mit, ein Team zu führen – Führungserfahrung ist dabei nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und besitzen Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, sind kommunikationsstark und flexibel
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
