Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Wartung, Inspektion und Reparatur unserer Maschinen und Anlagen direkt in unserer modern ausgestatteten Werkstatt.
- Mithilfe von Diagnosetools gehst Du technischen Störungen auf den Grund und sorgst mit Deinem handwerklichen Geschick dafür, dass alles wieder reibungslos läuft.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Kundenservice erarbeitest Du schnelle und pragmatische Lösungen, um die Einsatzbereitschaft der Maschinen sicherzustellen.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und schaffst so eine wichtige Wissensbasis für das gesamte Werkstatt-Team.
- Du achtest konsequent auf die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards und bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker:in, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Maschinen mit.
- Dank deines technischen Verständnisses und deiner präzisen, selbstständigen Arbeitsweise findest du für jedes Problem eine Lösung.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeitest du gerne mit Kolleg:innen und dem Kundenservice zusammen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), um dich reibungslos im Team und mit Kunden abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
