Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und pflegen eigenverantwortlich die technische Dokumentation für unsere anspruchsvollen Projekte im Maschinen- und Schiffbau, von Betriebs- bis zu Wartungsanleitungen.
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Erstellung von ILS-Dokumentationen mit und sorgen für präzise Ersatzteillisten und verständliche Instandhaltungsunterlagen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Ingenieur:innen recherchieren Sie komplexe technische Sachverhalte und bereiten diese zielgruppengerecht für verschiedene Stakeholder auf.
- Sie gestalten moderne Online-Dokumentationen in HTML und visualisieren technische Details durch die Mitwirkung an 3D-Grafiken, wobei Sie gängige Redaktionssysteme nutzen.
- Sie verantworten die finale Aufbereitung und Qualitätssicherung der Dokumente für die Übergabe an unsere Kund:innen, Behörden und die interne Fertigung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Technische Kommunikation, Technische Redaktion oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie verfügen über ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Schiffbau, und zeichnen sich durch eine exzellente schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit aus.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, genau und zuverlässig, und Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office und PDF-Tools sind Sie sicher, idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen mit einem Redaktionssystem gesammelt.
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit HTML oder der Erstellung von 3D-Grafiken sind ein klares Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und können sich idealerweise auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
