Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest, betreust und pflegst Kinder und Jugendliche im Internat und in der Schule mit Lernbehinderungen oder geistigen Behinderungen und zum Teil herausforderndem Verhalten
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Schule, Therapie, Medizin und Hauswirtschaft zusammen
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Freizeit und förderst schulische Fähigkeiten sowie die Selbstständigkeit im Alltag
- Du pflegst eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Sozialwesen (Heilerziehungspflege, Jugend- und Heimerziehung, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung mit, auch wenn sie nicht zwingend erforderlich ist
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende in Ausbildung und Freiwilligendiensten anzuleiten und zu fördern
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du verfügst über soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

About Camphill Schulgemeinschaften e.V.
Der Verein Camphill Schulgemeinschaften e. V. ist Träger des Privaten Sonderpädagogischen Bildungs- und Beratungszentrums mit Internat (SBBZ) mit den Förderschwerpunkten geistige sowie körperliche und motorische Entwicklung sowie weiterer Initiativen und Angebote für Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung. Im Mittelpunkt stehen über 200 Schülerinnen und Schüler, die an den drei Standorten Brachenreuthe, Bruckfelden und Föhrenbühl leben und lernen oder diese als Tagesschülerin und Tagesschüler besuchen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
