Was erwartet Sie?

Sie beraten Kommunen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung städtebaulicher Projekte und der Sanierung von Gebäuden sowie private Eigentümer zur Sanierung von Gebäuden
Sie steuern städtebauliche Projekte und Planungsprozesse
Sie erstellen städtebauliche Analysen, Konzepte (ISEK, VU) und Machbarkeitsstudien
Sie erstellen Förderanträge für Stadterneuerungsmaßnahmen und entwickeln Umsetzungs- und Finanzierungskonzepte für Projekte im Hoch- und Städtebau
Sie managen öffentliche Förderprogramme von der Antragstellung bis zum Verwendungsnachweis
Sie unterstützen unser Team bei der Durchführung von Planerauswahlverfahren und Architektenwettbewerben und beteiligen sich bei der Entwicklung und Gestaltung weiterer Tätigkeitsfelder in der Stadterneuerung und Ortsentwicklung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben einen Abschluss (Master) im Bereich Architektur / Landschaftsarchitektur oder einem vergleichbaren Themenfeld und erste Arbeitserfahrungen nach dem Abschluss
Sie haben Freude am Kontakt mit den verschiedenen Akteur:innen der Stadtentwicklung, wie Kommunalpolitiker:innen, Behörden, Verbänden und Bürger:innen
Sie verfügen über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit allen Office-Anwendungen, CAD-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
Sie haben Vorkenntnisse bzw. die Bereitschaft zur schnellen Einarbeitung in die Bereiche des öffentlichen Förder-, Wettbewerbs-, Vergabe- und Vertragswesens
Sie haben Freude an stets neuen Herausforderungen und Themen und denken lösungsorientiert und konzeptionell sowie arbeiten teamorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
