- Sie beraten Kommunen und private Eigentümer fundiert bei der Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Stadtprojekte und energetischer Sanierungen
- Sie übernehmen die Regie bei städtebaulichen Planungsprozessen und führen komplexe Projekte sicher zum Erfolg
- Sie erstellen tiefgreifende Analysen sowie integrierte Konzepte (ISEK, VU), die als Fahrplan für lebendige Quartiere dienen
- Sie navigieren sicher durch öffentliche Förderprogramme und entwickeln kluge Finanzierungskonzepte für wegweisende Hochbau- und Städtebauprojekte
- Sie unterstützen unser Team bei spannenden Architektenwettbewerben und Planerauswahlverfahren
- Sie bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv in die Gestaltung neuer Tätigkeitsfelder der Stadt- und Ortsentwicklung ein

- Sie sind eingetragene:r Architekt:in, Landschaftsarchitekt:in oder Stadtplaner:in und brennen darauf, Ihr Wissen strategisch und beratend einzusetzen
- Sie haben Freude am Dialog mit Politik, Behörden und Bürger:innen und moderieren Prozesse mit exzellentem Deutsch
- Sie denken konzeptionell, lieben komplexe Herausforderungen und arbeiten gerne in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Sie haben Interesse an den Bereichen Förder-, Vergabe- und Vertragswesen – wir unterstützen Sie mit einer intensiven Einarbeitung dabei, hier zum Experten zu werden
- Ein professioneller Umgang mit MS Office ist für Sie selbstverständlich; CAD-Kenntnisse sind ein willkommenes Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
