Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen, bearbeiten und dokumentieren das 3D-Modell in BIM-Projekten sowie Teilanwendungen in Planungs- und Ausführungsphasen. Sie begleiten und entwickeln das Projekt von der Kalkulation bis zur Abrechnung und Enddokumentation mit Ihrem Team
- Sie verwalten Informationen und Daten des BIM-Modells
- Sie prüfen und bearbeiten Leistungsverzeichnisse und Nachtragserstellungen
- Sie unterstützen die Bauleitung und sind innerhalb des BIM-Projektteams die Ansprechperson für fachspezifische BIM-Belange
- Sie bereiten die Arbeit zur effektiven Abwicklung von Bauprojekten vor
- Sie kontrollieren die Einhaltung geforderter Planungs- und Informationsqualitäten und deren Standards und sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der Daten, Informationen und Möglichkeiten aus dem BIM-Modell

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen/Architektur oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bautechniker/Bauzeichner (m/w/d)
- Sie haben Lust, BIM und weitere Arbeitsmethodiken in den Projekten einzuführen und erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Sie sind motiviert, interne und externe Prozesse stetig zu verbessern
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten, geben aber auch Neueinsteiger:innen in diesem Berufsfeld eine Chance
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse der BIM-Methodik sowie der zugehörigen Software, idealerweise ArchiCAD
- Sie besitzen ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Selbstorganisation, Organisationstalent, Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
