Ihre drei Hauptaufgaben:
- Sie verantworten die fachgerechte Organisation und Koordination aller Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle in Abstimmung mit der jeweiligen Bau- und Projektleitung, insbesondere die Abstimmung mit Nachunternehmern, Sicherstellung von Material- und Gerätebereitstellung sowie Koordination von Lieferungen und Kranarbeiten
- Sie führen das Baustellenteam und planen den täglichen Personaleinsatz
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards gemäß der Ausführungsplanung, VOB und geltenden DIN-Normen, kontrollieren die Termintreue in allen Bauphasen und stellen die Einhaltung aller Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sicher

Darauf bauen wir bei Ihnen:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise im Bauhauptgewerbe und eine Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier oder Meister (m/w/d) oder eine durch umfangreiche Berufserfahrung erworbene, gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über relevante Berufspraxis in vergleichbarer, auch leitender Position, vorzugsweise bei Baumaßnahmen im Hochbau und Fassadenkonstruktionen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Hochbau sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Bauzeichnungen und Ausführungsplänen
- Sie kennen die relevanten Vorschriften, beispielsweise VOB, DIN-Normen und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
- Sie haben EDV-Basiskenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
