Du möchtest Teil eines wichtigen Prozesses in der pharmazeutischen Herstellung werden? Als Ansatzhelfer (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Ansatzlaboranten bei der Vorbereitung vom Ansatz der Medikamente und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im GMP-regulierten Umfeld.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Ansatzlaborant:innen
- Du führst die Einwaage von Roh- und Hilfsstoffen nach Stückliste durch
- Du bereitest Reinigungslösungen vor und führst Reinigungstätigkeiten im Ansatz- und Einwaage-Bereich durch
- Du führst die In-Prozesskontrollen durch und testest sowie wechselst Filter
- Du bereitest mobile Kesselanlagen vor und bearbeitest die Chargendokumentation
- Du dokumentierst alle Arbeiten nach GMP-Richtlinien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pharmakant:in oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, dies ist jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb der pharmazeutischen oder Lebensmittel-Industrie mit, möglichst im Bereich der Ansatzherstellung
- Du gehst sicher mit der Datendokumentation um, insbesondere nach GMP-Anforderungen oder einem vergleichbaren Standard (z.B. HACCP)
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Niveau) und grundlegende MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem in Word und Excel
- Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B um zu uns vor Ort zu kommen
- Du bist bereit zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie exakt im Team

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
