Regelmäßige Kartierungsarbeiten in Projektgebieten
Ihre Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Kartierung von Fauna und Flora und schaffst damit die Datengrundlage für komplexe Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte.
- Du erstellst fundierte naturschutzfachliche Gutachten, insbesondere spezielle artenschutzrechtliche Prüfungen (saP) und FFH-Verträglichkeitsprüfungen, um die rechtliche Umsetzbarkeit zu gewährleisten.
- Auf Basis deiner Analysen entwickelst du mithilfe von AutoCAD detaillierte landschaftspflegerische Begleitpläne und Umweltberichte für die Bauleitplanung.
- Du agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbehörden sowie Auftraggeber, stimmst deine Planungen eng mit ihnen ab und vertrittst deine Ergebnisse souverän in den jeweiligen Verfahren.

Ihr Profil
- Du hast ein Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur, Biologie, Umweltplanung oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umwelt- oder Bauleitplanung mit und kennst dich mit den relevanten rechtlichen Grundlagen bestens aus.
- Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit AutoCAD gesammelt.
- Du überzeugst durch deine eigenständige Arbeitsweise, dein Engagement für den Naturschutz und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2), sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
