Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst unser Team Lagerlogistik
- Du managst die Lieferanten und organisierst die Beschaffungsprozesse
- Du setzt das Lieferkettensorgfaltsgesetz um und sorgst für dessen Einhaltung
- Du bearbeitest Bestellungen, einschließlich Preisermittlung und Produktrecherche
- Du identifizierst Einsparpotenziale und optimierst Kosten bei Dienstleistungen, Verbrauchsartikeln und Investitionsgütern
- Du verhandelst und schließt Lieferantenverträge ab
- Du unterstützt bei Organisations- und Prozessthemen sowie bei der Abwicklung von Kundenverträgen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, ist aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du bringst 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf mit, bevorzugt aus dem IT- oder Telekommunikationsumfeld
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen, wobei SAP B1 von Vorteil ist
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Einkaufsprozessen und -werkzeugen
- Du hast ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
