- Analyse und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen (z. B. Vertrieb, Service, Provisionen, Schaden, Bestand)
- Erhebung, Strukturierung und Dokumentation von fachlichen Anforderungen
- Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Zielbildern und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT-Teams bei der Umsetzung von SAP- und Salesforce-Lösungen
- Mitarbeit in Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Umsetzung und Einführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungen, oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d) – alternativ ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld, z. B. in Versicherungsgesellschaften, Maklerhäusern oder Beratung
- Du bist ein motivierter Versicherungsprofi und möchtest den nächsten Karriereschritt in Richtung Business Consulting gehen
- Dir fällt es leicht komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren und an unsere Kund*innen zu vermitteln
- Du erkennst Chancen zur Prozess- und Systemoptimierung, setzt diese eigenständig um und bist angetrieben von einer starken Ergebnisorientierung

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
