- Du berätst unsere Mandanten in allen steuerlichen Fragestellungen
- Du erstellst Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen sowie für Privatkunden
- Du übernimmst die Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und führst Einspruchsverfahren durch
- Du begleitest Betriebsprüfungen und vertrittst Mandanten gegenüber den Finanzbehörden
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Gewinnermittlungen mit
- Du unterstützt unsere Mandanten bei der Steuerplanung und -gestaltung
- Du engagierst dich in der digitalen Weiterentwicklung unserer Kanzlei und arbeitest an der Optimierung unserer Prozesse mit

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bist Steuerberater (m/w/d) mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung und entsprechender Berufszulassung
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit steuerrelevanten Programmen wie DATEV sowie MS Office und verfügst über ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch Struktur, Sorgfalt und Selbstständigkeit
- Du zeigst hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, komplexe steuerliche Sachverhalte zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du bringst Freude an der Beratung von Mandant:innen sowie Teamfähigkeit mit
- Deine Bereitschaft zur stetigen fachlichen Weiterbildung und Offenheit für digitale Prozesse runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
