Was sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben?
- Entwicklung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von anspruchsvollen, risikoorientierten Prüfungshandlungen und -strategien auf Basis regulatorischer und bankseitiger Vorgaben, vor allem in den Bereichen Banksteuerung und Kreditgeschäft
- Adressatengerechte Erstellung von Prüfungsberichten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Überwachung der fristgerechten Beseitigung festgestellter Mängel sowie Beurteilung der nachhaltigen Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
- Prüfung und Beurteilung der Funktionsfähigkeit, Wirksamkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Angemessenheit des internen Kontrollsystems
- Durchführung projektbegleitender Prüfungen sowie Mitarbeit bei revisionsspezifischen Sonderaufgaben
- Beratung der Bereiche beim Aufbau bzw. der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Kontrollstrukturen
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Prüfungsprozesse, -methoden und -qualität im Revisionsteam der Bank

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene bankspezifische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Verbandsprüferexamen)
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Fachkenntnisse sowie Berufserfahrung in der Revisionstätigkeit einer Bank bzw. einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Sie kennen die gesetzlichen, aufsichtsrechtlichen und betrieblichen Vorschriften und Anforderungen in Bezug auf die im Bereich zu erledigenden Aufgaben
- Sie haben gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Verbindung mit einer ergebnisorientierten Gesprächsführung
- Sie besitzen Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Diplomatie, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie verfügen über analytisches Denkvermögen und strategische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie eine sehr gute Eigenmotivation und Selbstständigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
