In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die Leitung unseres Montageteams und sorgen dafür, dass Projekte reibungslos ablaufen. Sie übernehmen die Planung von Einsätzen, Kapazitäten und Ressourcen und erstellen Tages- und Wochenpläne. Außerdem koordinieren Sie interne Mitarbeiter sowie externe Dienstleister.
Sie stellen sicher, dass alle benötigten Materialien, Werkzeuge und Ersatzteile rechtzeitig verfügbar sind. Darüber hinaus führen Sie Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsprüfungen durch und achten auf die Einhaltung aller Standards.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Sie kommunizieren eng mit Vertrieb, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion und Projektleitung, um Zeitpläne und technische Anforderungen abzustimmen. Schließlich analysieren Sie Projektergebnisse und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Prozessoptimierung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene (technische) Berufsausbildung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit elektronischen Antriebssystemen für Türen und Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Normen und Qualitätsmanagement sind von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, hast Organisationstalent und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
