- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Organisation des Außendienstes in Nord- und Westdeutschland
- Du coachst und entwickelst die Vertriebsmitarbeiter:innen weiter
- Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Preis- und Sortimentsgespräche mit Großhandelsverbänden
- Du analysierst Marktpotenziale und Kund:innen zur Entwicklung zielgerichteter Vertriebsstrategien
- Du steuerst und optimierst kontinuierlich alle Vertriebsmaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Umsatzsteigerung
- Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Partner:innen und Kund:innen in allen vertriebstechnischen Fragen und arbeitest aktiv im Projektgeschäft mit modernen CRM-Tools

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb sammeln dürfen
- Du hast in deiner Vertriebstätigkeit idealerweise bereits mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsposition fungiert – das ist aber kein Muss
- Du bist reisebereit und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz, Zielorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke
- Du bist eine strategische Denker:in und kannst deine Kreativität und konzeptionelle Denkweise perfekt vereinen
- Du beherrschst die englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift
- Du kennst idealerweise den mehrstufigen Vertrieb nicht nur in der Theorie, insbesondere innerhalb der Baubranche
