(Junior) Erzieher für Kinderbetreuung zwischen 3 und 6 Jahren (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen und beaufsichtigen die Kinder zwischen 3 und 6 Jahren
- Sie gestalten Projekte, Lernelemente, Spiele und Ausflüge zur Erreichung von Bildungszielen.
- Sie bereiten Vorschulaktivitäten und Ausflüge vor und organisieren diese
- Sie unterstützen bei alltäglichen Tätigkeiten wie Anziehen und Essen
- Sie führen Entwicklungsbeobachtungen durch und dokumentieren diese
- Sie führen Elterngespräche, einschließlich Entwicklungsgesprächen und Informationsaustausch bei Abholung und Bringung
- Sie arbeiten im Ganztagsbereich mit Arbeitszeiten von 7:30 bis 17:00 Uhr und rotierenden Früh- und Spätdiensten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Erzieher:in, Heilerziehungspfleger:in, Heilpädagog:in oder Sozialarbeiter:in bzw. besitzen einen Bachelor/Master in Erziehungswissenschaften, Sozialer Arbeit oder Kindheitspädagogik
- Sie zeigen Engagement und Freude an der Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern
- Sie sind in der Lage, die Individualität und das Sozialverhalten der Kinder in der Gruppengemeinschaft zu stärken und den Kindern Zeit, Raum und Impulse zu geben, die die Eigenaktivität und Lern- und Kooperationsbereitschaft fördern
- Sie sind offen und tolerant gegenüber Kindern und Eltern sowie deren Lebenssituationen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
