Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie generieren aktiv Neugeschäft bei Neu- und Bestandskund:innen
- Sie betreuen und entwickeln strategische Kund:innen verantwortlich weiter
- Sie planen, steuern und setzen den Akquise-Prozess um, von der Kund:innenpräsentation über die Angebotserstellung bis zur selbstständigen Verhandlung von Vertragsabschlüssen
- Sie sind weltweit im Rahmen des Vertriebsaußendienstes unterwegs und verfolgen die Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst nach
- Sie identifizieren potenzielle Themen und Kund:innen durch Marktbeobachtung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium
- Sie haben mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise von pharmazeutischen oder lebensmitteltechnologischen Rohstoffen, und verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift und haben verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und souverän im Umgang mit unseren internationalen Kund:innen
- Sie arbeiten kundenorientiert, sind flexibel und reisebereit, und sind bereit, in die Region umzuziehen bzw. am Standort Salzgitter anwesend zu sein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
