Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der MDM-Umgebungen unserer Kunden, schwerpunktmäßig mit Soti Mobicontrol.
- Du konfigurierst mobile Endgeräte wie Handhelds oder Drucker und sorgst für deren nahtlose Integration in die bestehenden IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenständig Massen-Rollouts von Geräten und stehst dem Team als technischer Ansprechpartner zur Seite.
- Als technischer Experte berätst Du unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Barcode-Projekten und entwickelst passgenaue Druck- und Scanlösungen.
- Du führst WLAN-Analysen sowie -Planungen durch, um eine optimale Netzabdeckung sicherzustellen, und unterstützt bei der Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder Elektronik oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Mobile Device Management (MDM), in der IT-Security oder in der WLAN-Administration sammeln.
- Dich zeichnen eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, technisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative sowie Kommunikationsstärke und hast Spaß daran, dich proaktiv in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
