Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst & Customer Service (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst, kalkulierst und verfolgst selbstständig Angebote, Aufträge und Liefertermine nach
- Du betreust aktiv unsere Kundenbeziehungen und entwickelst sie weiter – per Telefon, E-Mail und Videokonferenz
- Du pflegst Kunden- und Auftragsdaten in unserem IT-System (Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Office)
- Du koordinierst dich mit anderen Abteilungen wie Arbeitsvorbereitung, Beschaffung und Disposition
- Du unterstützt bei Vertriebsprojekten, Recherchen und internationalen Marktaktivitäten
- Du erstellst kunden- und projektbezogene Reports

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder im Sales Support in einem Industrieunternehmen, vorzugsweise im internationalen B2B-Bereich
- Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und verfügst über kommunikatives Geschick mit einem dynamischen, dennoch verbindlichen Auftreten
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift und sprichst gerne weitere Sprachen
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, arbeitest selbstständig und hast ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
- Du besitzt analytisches Denkvermögen und hast Freude daran, dich in neue – auch technische – Themen einzuarbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
