Als Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) entwickelst und optimierst du unser internes Odoo-ERP-System bei der AC TEC GmbH. Du arbeitest eng mit Fachabteilungen zusammen und setzt Geschäftsprozesse technisch sauber um. Dabei liegt dein Fokus auf Stabilität, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Landschaft.

Was erwartet dich?

Du entwickelst, erweiterst und passt Odoo-Module an
Du optimierst und automatisierst ERP-Prozesse in Einkauf, Verkauf, Lager und Buchhaltung
Du implementierst und pflegst Schnittstellen und APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks)
Du erstellst Reports, Dashboards und Workflows im Odoo-System
Du analysierst betriebliche Abläufe und setzt sie technisch im ERP um
Du stellst Performance, Stabilität und Wartbarkeit sicher
Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Ökosystems inklusive Automatisierung mit
Du übernimmst keine Personalverantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Python-Entwicklung
Du bringst Erfahrung mit Odoo oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen wie SAP oder Microsoft Dynamics mit
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in PostgreSQL
Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse im Handel oder Großhandel
Du hast Erfahrung in der API-Entwicklung und -Integration
Du denkst analytisch und arbeitest strukturiert
Du bist in der Lage, fachliche Anforderungen in saubere technische Lösungen zu übersetzen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
