Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenreklamationen, analysieren die Ursachen und arbeiten eng mit der Produktion zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu finden.
- Sie stellen unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher, indem Sie eigenständig Prüfungen von Rohwaren und fertigen Produkten in der Kunststoff- und Textilverarbeitung durchführen.
- Sie erstellen und pflegen sorgfältig alle relevanten Qualitätsdokumente – von Wareneingangsprüfungen über Erstmusterberichte bis hin zu Prüfzeugnissen nach DIN EN 10204.
- Sie verantworten die Überwachung und Kalibrierung unserer Prüfmittel und stellen so die Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit aller Messergebnisse sicher.
- Sie unterstützen das Team aktiv bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Produkt- und Prozessaudits, um unsere Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, eine Ausbildung als Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet Ihre Basis.
- Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung mit, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Umfeld wie der Kunststoff- oder Textilindustrie.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie sicher. Eine abgeschlossene Auditorenausbildung ist ein großes Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Mit Ihrer genauen, kommunikativen Art und Ihrem freundlichen Auftreten arbeiten Sie gerne im Team und stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringen gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit internationalen Partnern mit.
