Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten Architekten (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 nach HOAI für unser dynamisches Planungsteam. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die kreative Konzeptentwicklung, Planung und Koordination von sozialen Projekten, wie Kindertagesstätten und Einrichtungen für Senioren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und internen Teams.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst soziale Projekte, wie Kindertagesstätten und Einrichtungen für Senioren
- Du erstellst die Entwurfs- und insbesondere Ausführungsplanung in den Leistungsphasen 1-6 nach HOAI
- Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden, Behörden und internen Projektteams
- Du bist zuständig für die Qualitätskontrolle und die Sicherstellung der termingerechten Projektabwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in den Leistungsphasen 1-6 HOAI
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit relevanten Planungswerkzeugen (vornehmlich ArchiCAD, Adobe)
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig, serviceorientiert, teamfähig, kreativ und neugierig
- Du überzeugst besonders mit deiner Eigeninitiative und deiner engagierten und selbstständigen Art
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit (C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
