Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du verbuchst Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkonten
- Du prüfst, kontierst und buchst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Du kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie die Überwachung des Mahnwesens
- Du achtest auf Kontenabstimmung und Klärung offener Posten
- Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Du wirkst bei Projektabrechnungen (z. B. Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen) mit
- Du berücksichtigst umsatzsteuerliche Besonderheiten im Bau- und Handwerksumfeld
- Du erstellst Erst Auswertungen und Berichte für die Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung
- Optimalerweise besitzt du mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise im Handwerk
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im HGB mit
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen wie z. B. DATEV
- Du bringst sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel mit
- Du besitzt eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Freude an Zahlen, Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
