Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Bauleitung bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Organisation unserer Bauprojekte, insbesondere im Tief- und Leitungsbau.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Koordination von Terminen und die Korrespondenz mit externen Partnern, Kunden und Behörden.
- Gemeinsam mit der Bauleitung wirkst du bei der Aufmaßerstellung, der Rechnungskontrolle und der finalen Abrechnung der Baumaßnahmen mit.
- Du verantwortest die lückenlose Dokumentation des Baufortschritts, pflegst Daten in digitalen Portalen und erstellst Berichte mit MS Office.
- Du holst selbstständig Genehmigungen ein und beantragst verkehrsrechtliche Anordnungen (VAO), um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu sichern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Technischer Zeichner:in, Bauzeichner:in, Vermesser:in etc.) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Tiefbaubranche oder im Leitungsbau mit
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert, strukturiert, selbständig und vorausschauend
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Excel und Outlook und bist idealerweise im Besitz des Führerscheins der Klasse B
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
