Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen Um- und Neubaumaßnahmen im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Kälteanlagen sowie im Laborbau
- Sie arbeiten aktiv in den einzelnen Planungsphasen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauamt, Ingenieurbüros und den Nutzenden mit
- Sie übernehmen administrative Arbeiten wie Mängelmanagement, Abnahme- und Gewährleistungsmängel
- Sie wirken an der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Zuge von Neu- und Umbaumaßnahmen mit
- Sie führen Vorbegehungen, Inbetriebnahmen und technische Abnahmen von Anlagen durch
- Sie koordinieren Einweisungstermine im Zuge von Übernahmen der maschinentechnischen Anlagen

- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Planung und Ausführung der Gewerke - HLKS
- Sie zeigen Engagement, Flexibilität und eine selbstständige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Freundlichkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hoher Kund:innenorientierung
- Sie verfügen über MS Office-Kenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
