- Du berätst Handwerksbetriebe und Endkunden kompetent zu Werkzeugen, Eisenwaren und Zubehör
- Du führst aktive Verkaufsgespräche von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Du sorgst für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation und pflegst unser hochwertiges Sortiment
- Du wickelst Kassiervorgänge sicher ab und arbeitest mit unserer modernen Warenwirtschafts-Software
- Du unterstützt bei der Warenannahme, der Lagerorganisation und stellst die Warenverfügbarkeit sicher
- Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein und setzt diese dank kurzer Entscheidungswege direkt um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Groß- oder Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), idealerweise mit handwerklichen oder technischen Kenntnissen; Quereinsteiger:innen mit Verkaufspraxis sind willkommen
- Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für Technik und gehen sicher mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen um
- Du beherrschst Deutsch (C1+) in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine positive Ausstrahlung, bist zuverlässig und besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B (gerne auch einen Staplerführerschein); deine Leidenschaft am Verkaufen rundet dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
