Was erwartet Sie?
- Koordination aller internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Beratung und Betreuung von Auftraggeber:innen sowie Nachauftragnehmer:innen zu naturschutz- und umweltrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Plangenehmigungs- und Planfeststellungsverfahren
- Erstellung von Fachunterlagen, z. B. Landschaftspflegerische Begleit- und Ausführungspläne (LBP/LAP), Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungen (UVP), Artenschutzrechtliche Fachbeiträge (AFB) sowie FFH-Verträglichkeitsprüfungen
- Durchführung von Datenerhebungen im Gelände, einschließlich faunistischer und/oder floristischer Kartierungen
- Fachliche Begleitung von Bauprojekten im Rahmen der ökologischen Baubegleitung
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arten- und naturschutzrechtlicher Auflagen während der Bauausführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Umwelt- und Landschaftsplanung, Geoökologie, Biologie, Geografie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Umwelt-, Raum- und Landschaftsplanung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umwelt- und Naturschutzrecht (z. B. UVP, Eingriffsregelung, Artenschutz, Natura 2000, Wasserrahmenrichtlinie)
- Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Projekten
- Routine in der Angebotserstellung sowie Interesse an der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie ArcGIS oder QGIS
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. Niveau C1) sowie gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
