Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst, holst Angebote ein und vergibst Aufträge für FM- und Bauleistungen
- Du überwachst, steuerst und koordinierst Modernisierungs-, Umbau- sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Du planst und kontrollierst die Kosten
- Du managst und machst Mängelhaftungsansprüche geltend
- Du unterstützt das kaufmännische Objektmanagement in technischen Fragen
- Du führst regelmäßige Objektbegehungen durch und beurteilst den Ist-Zustand der Gebäude
- Du wirkst bei der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung der Gebäudestrategie mit und stellst die Betreiberpflichten sicher
- Du überwachst und beauftragst die notwendigen Wartungen und Prüfungen
- Du erfasst systemisch Prüfberichte und Dokumentationen zur digitalen Weiterverarbeitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder Ingenieur:in im Bereich Bau, Architektur oder Facility Management
- Du verfügst über min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudemanagement
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und lösungsorientiert
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und arbeitest präzise sowie strukturiert
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist entscheidungsfreudig und verlässlich – ein:e echte:r Macher:in mit Überblick

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
