In dieser Position erstellst Du u.a. Entscheidungsvorlagen und Konzepte mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Betriebsleitung und unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung interner Prozesse in Abstimmung mit der Stadtverwaltung Oberursel sowie dem Schnittstellenmanagement mit der IT Abteilung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Strategische Planung der Prozesse und der damit verbundenen IT-Landschaft des Bau & Services Oberursel als Ausdruck einer systemischen Gestaltungsarchitektur der Fachanwendungen
- Definition und Design von Softwarefunktionen und Dialogabläufen aus Anwendersicht in Abstimmung mit unseren Fachbereichen, unseren externen Kooperationspartnern und der IT-Abteilung
- Projektarbeit (u. a. Planung, Begleitung, Leitung von IT-Projekten – hausintern sowie auch in der Zusammenarbeit mit städtischen mit externen Kooperationspartnern)
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Konzepten
- Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung interner Prozesse in Abstimmung mit der Stadtverwaltung Oberursel sowie Schnittstellenmanagement mit der IT-Abteilung
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Konzepten mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Betriebsleitung
- Auswahl, Einführung und Pflege von Fachanwendungen, von der die Bauhofsteuerung bis zum Personalwesen und dem Controlling

Was solltest du mitbringen?
· Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Verwaltungsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Bezug.
· Alternativ: Verwaltungsfachwirt/in mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung im kommunalen IT-Umfeld.· Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im öffentlichen Sektor.
· Verständnis für kommunale Verwaltungsprozesse und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen (HGO, GemHVO, HVTG).
· Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
· Alternativ: Verwaltungsfachwirt/in mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung im kommunalen IT-Umfeld.· Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im öffentlichen Sektor.
· Verständnis für kommunale Verwaltungsprozesse und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen (HGO, GemHVO, HVTG).
· Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

Wir sind ein Eigenbetrieb der Stadt Oberursel (Taunus) und leisten umfangreiche und serviceorientierte Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Abfallentsorgung, Kläranlage, Wasserversorgung, Friedhöfe, Spiel- und Sportplätze, Grünanlagen, Hoch- und Tiefbau sowie Forst.
