Als Glasfasermonteur bist du verantwortlich für die Installation, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Glasfaseranschlüssen sowie für Wartungs- und Entstörungsarbeiten beim Kunden vor Ort. Du arbeitest eng mit Bauleitern, Netzplanern und Technikteams zusammen und trägst maßgeblich zum Ausbau und zur Qualität der digitalen Infrastruktur bei. Damit leistest du einen direkten Beitrag zum Kerngeschäft des Unternehmens und zur zuverlässigen Versorgung von Privat- und Geschäftskunden mit leistungsfähigem Internet.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen Installationsmaßnahmen von LWL-Kabelanlagen (Netzebene 3) und Systemtechnikstandorten durch
- Sie spleißen Glasfaserkabel in Muffen und Verteilereinrichtungen
- Sie fertigen Messprotokolle zur eigenen Kontrolle und finalen Abnahme an
- Sie erstellen Aufmaße und die technische Dokumentation zur Abrechnung
- Sie messen Kabelfehler an Glasfaserkabeln ein und beheben diese

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Elektro- oder Kommunikationstechnik oder langjährige Berufserfahrung als Elektriker (m/w/d) oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Sie sind zeitweise bereit, Montagearbeiten durchzuführen - grundsätzlich ist aber das Ziel, dass Sie jeden Arbeitstag der Woche nach Hause fahren können
- Sie sind ca. 2x im Monat vor Ort am Hauptsitz
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
