Die DOG Deutsche Oelfabrik GmbH & Co. KG ist ein traditionsreiches Industrieunternehmen im Hamburger Hafen. Seit über 120 Jahren entwickeln und produzieren wir Spezialchemikalien für die Gummi-, Kunststoff- und Schmierstoffindustrie.
Zur Verstärkung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten
Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust das Qualitätsmanagementsystem auf, pflegst es und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter
- Du förderst das Qualitäts- und Kundenbewusstsein im Unternehmen
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung der Qualitätsziele und -politik
- Du schulst und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden fachlich zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen und Prozessen
- Du überwachst Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und wirkst bei Lieferantenbewertung, Prozessüberwachung und Festlegung von Kontrollmaßnahmen mit
- Du führst interne Audits durch, dokumentierst diese und unterstützt bei externen Zertifizierungen sowie bei der Bewertung des QMS, der Prozesse und bei Risiko- und Chancenanalysen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine qualifizierte Ausbildung oder ein Studium im technischen oder qualitätsrelevanten Bereich
- Du hast Erfahrung mit ISO-9001-basierten QM-Systemen und 14000 Umweltmanagement
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und trittst sicher im internen und externen Austausch auf
- Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit EDV
- Du hast idealerweise Audit- und Prozesserfahrung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
