Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Betreuung eines festen Mandantenstamms und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen sowie Behörden.
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Jahresabschlüsse und die dazugehörigen betrieblichen wie privaten Steuererklärungen.
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Digitalisierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse mit und hilfst Deinen Mandant:innen, digitale Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu nutzen.
- Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen und sicherst damit die Datenqualität für die Abschlusserstellung.
- Du wirkst bei der steuerlichen Gestaltungsberatung mit und erarbeitest Lösungen für die individuellen Anliegen Deiner Mandant:innen.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast Deine Prüfung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder Steuerberater (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung aus einer Steuerkanzlei mit und hast Spaß daran, digitale Prozesse in der Mandantenbetreuung zu etablieren.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert – besonders bei komplexen steuerlichen Sachverhalten.
- Für die professionelle Beratung Deiner Mandant:innen sprichst und schreibst Du verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
