In dieser Position übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen Deiner Mandant:innen. Du sorgst für zuverlässige Abläufe und gestaltest Deinen Aufgabenbereich aktiv mit, während Du Deine fachlichen Kompetenzen beständig weiterentwickelst.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du erstellst nach sorgfältiger Einarbeitung die Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen für Deinen eigenen Mandantenstamm
- Du erweiterst Dein Aufgabengebiet bei entsprechenden Kenntnissen und Interesse um Gewinnermittlungen, Bilanzen sowie betriebliche und private Steuererklärungen
- Du führst die Kommunikation mit Mandant:innen, Finanzämtern und Behörden eigenständig und professionell
- Du arbeitest im Team und erhältst bei fachlichen Fragen Unterstützung

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast die Prüfung zum Finanzbuchhalter, Bilanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei gesammelt
- Du verfügst über eine selbstständige und fristgerechte Arbeitsweise
- Du kommunizierst freundlich sowie zielführend mit Mandant:innen, Behörden und Teammitgliedern
- Du integrierst idealerweise digitale Arbeitsabläufe in Deine tägliche Arbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
