Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst unterstützende Tätigkeiten für Fachkräfte aus und bereitest Arbeitsbereiche durch Freiräumen, Abdecken und Absperren vor
- Du hilfst bei Maurer-, Trockenbau-, Elektro- und Sanitärarbeiten und unterstützt bei Abbrucharbeiten, indem du Material transportierst und Werkzeuge bereitstellst
- Du entfernst alte Bauteile wie Tapeten und Bodenbeläge und führst selbstständig kleinere Demontage- und Montagearbeiten durch
- Du verlegst Dämmmaterialien und führst Spachtel-, Schleif- sowie Vorbereitungsarbeiten aus, während du für Ordnung und Grundreinigung auf der Baustelle sorgst
- Du übernimmst Abdichtungs-Vorarbeiten und führst kleinere Putz- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten aus, inklusive der Installation einfacher Bauteile.
- Du bereitest Wand- und Bodenflächen vor und arbeitest an Drainage-, Abdichtungs- und Entfeuchtungsmaßnahmen mit
- Du setzt Schutzmaßnahmen gegen Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel um und unterstützt bei der Neugestaltung von Raumaufteilungen im Altbau und Kellerbereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du hast handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung im Bau- oder Sanierungsbereich
- Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in typischen Gewerken wie Maurer, Trockenbau, Abdichtung und Ausbau
- Du bist fähig, nach Anweisungen präzise zu arbeiten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert
- Du bist körperlich belastbar und hast ein Verständnis für Baustellensicherheit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
