Als Abteilungsleiter:in Lager verantwortest du die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Hamburger Lagers und stellst reibungslose Abläufe im Verleihbetrieb sicher – von Materialpflege und -verfügbarkeit über Warenein- und -ausgang bis zur Führung und Einsatzplanung des Lagerteams. Du planst, koordinierst und optimierst Lagerprozesse und arbeitest eng mit Disposition, Projektleitung, Technik und Logistik zusammen. Eingebettet in die PM Gruppe trägst du damit wesentlich dazu bei, dass seit über 45 Jahren anspruchsvolle Projekte in der Veranstaltungstechnik, Systemintegration und Objektbetreuung zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Packen / Rückpacken von Material für Verleihvorgänge
- Einfache Servicetätigkeiten
- Ordnung halten
- Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Hamburger Lagers
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Lagerprozesse
- Personalführung für das Lagerteam inkl. Einsatzplanung und Entwicklung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
- Verantwortung für Warenein- und -ausgang sowie Inventurprozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Disposition, Projektleitung, Technik und Logistik
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Lagerstruktur und -prozessen
- Verantwortung für Materialpflege, -verfügbarkeit und technische Zustände

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
