- Konzeptentwicklung & Konstruktion von mechanischen und mechatronischen Baugruppen in der Antriebstechnik (Mechanismen, Kinematiken, Funktionsprinzipien, Varianten)
- Prototypen / Versuche ausdenken und risikofreudig ausprobieren: Dinge so bauen, dass man schnell etwas lernt – Rapid Prototyping, spielen, iterieren, verbessern, testen
- Technische Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Montage, Einkauf, Qualität, Vertrieb) sowie Lieferanten – damit aus Deinen Ideen reale Produkte werden
- Lösungen initiieren: vom ersten „Wie könnte es noch funktionieren…?“ über Skizzen/ Prototypen / Testversuchen bis zum belastbaren Konzept.

Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du ein ausgebildeter Konstrukteur / Ingenieur bist – Bachelor im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Konstruktion oder vergleichbar (Wenn Dein Portfolio stärker ist als Zeugnisse: zeigen!)
- Du Mechanik oder Mechatronik kannst; vielleicht beherrscht Du auch Simulationsprogramme?
- Du Dreh-, Bohr- und Frästeile nicht nur zeichnest, sondern „fühlst“
- Du Baugruppen sicher aufbaust und Zeichnungen sauber ableitest
- Bremsen/Antriebstechnik für dich kein Fremdwort sind
- Du gern neue Lösungsansätze verfolgst, testest, verwirfst, verbesserst
- Du CAD-Erfahrung hast und die Fähigkeit, Deine Ideen mindestens in Prototypen umzusetzen
- Du Deutsch souverän sprichst und Englisch gut klarkriegst
- Du gern in Projekten und Teams arbeitest und Verantwortung übernimmst sowie den Mut hast, eine Idee zu vertreten, wenn sie gut ist
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 und Englischkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
