Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst zur Steigerung unseres Umsatzvolumens durch den Ausbau von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen und der Akquisition neuer Kund:innen bei
- Du sorgst als erste Ansprechperson für die individuelle Betreuung unserer Kund:innen, bearbeitest ihre Anliegen und berätst sie zu unseren Produkten – per Mail und Telefon
- Du unterstützt den gesamten Vertriebsprozess vom Erstkontakt bis hin zur Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
- Du führst Marktrecherchen innerhalb der definierten Zielgruppen durch
- Du pflegst eine gute Kundenbeziehung, prüfst eingehende Aufträge, stellst die Qualität sicher, die unsere Kund:innen von uns erwarten und stehst ihnen auch nach dem Kauf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Beschwerden und hilfst dabei, eine optimale Lösung zu finden – nur durch Feedback können wir unsere Kund:innen verstehen und ihre Wünsche wahr machen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
