In deiner Rolle als IT-Systemadministrator Microsoft 365 (m/w/d) gestaltest du die digitale Identität und IT-Sicherheitslandschaft maßgeblich mit. Du übernimmst eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden Microsoft 365 Umgebung – mit dem Ziel, moderne und sichere IT-Lösungen für alle Mitarbeitenden bereitzustellen.

Was erwartet dich?

Du entwickelst unsere hybriden Identitäts- und Verzeichnisdienste auf der Microsoft 365 Plattform weiter
Du konfigurierst und pflegst zentrale Dienste wie Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS und DHCP
Du verwaltest Benutzerrechte, Gruppen und Richtlinien
Du integrierst, verwaltest und optimierst M365 Tenants, etwa Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive und Entra ID
Du steuerst Intune für die geräteübergreifende Verwaltung auf Windows und iOS/macOS
Du setzt Sicherheitsrichtlinien, wie Zugriffssteuerungen und Datensicherheit, um
Du planst und führst Updates, Migrationen und die Einführung neuer Funktionen durch
Du automatisierst IT-Prozesse, beispielsweise mit PowerShell oder Azure CLI
Du stellst Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit im Verzeichnisumfeld sicher
Du dokumentierst und entwickelst IT-Prozesse und Konfigurationen weiter
Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen zu Konfigurationen, Prozessen und Richtlinien

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator:in im Microsoft Umfeld
Du bringst Erfahrungen mit Azure AD Connect, Benutzerkonten-Synchronisierung und PowerShell mit
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in hybrider Infrastruktur und Cloud-Architektur, insbesondere Azure

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
