Was erwartet dich?
- Du berichtest direkt an den CFO
- Du kontierst eigenverantwortlich die laufenden Geschäftsvorgänge in DATEV
- Du erstellst Ausgangsrechnungen und übernimmst das Mahnwesen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Account-Manager:innen in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Du vorkontierst die Eingangsrechnungen und erstellst die Zahlungsläufe in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Du bereitest das Anlagevermögen für den Steuerberater vor
- Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie monatliche Ergebnisanalysen und bist Sparringspartner:in für die Organisation in allen Finanzfragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Steuerberatung mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Buchhaltung oder verwandten Bereichen
- Du kennst dich in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB, deutschem Steuerrecht und idealerweise IFRS aus
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Finanzberichterstattung, Finanzdatenanalyse und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, und sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist flexibel, belastbar, einsatzbereit und teamfähig, arbeitest sorgfältig und gewissenhaft
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert, hast Freude an der Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen und bist dienstleistungsorientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
