Deine Aufgaben:
- Du leitest und koordinierst Produkt- und Infrastrukturprojekte von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss
- Du erstellst und pflegst Zeit-, Ressourcen-, Meilenstein- und Kostenpläne
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Einhaltung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Du moderierst Projektmeetings und Lenkungsausschüsse
- Du kommunizierst mit Kunden, Stakeholdern und Projektteams und erstellst Statusberichte und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung
- Du betreibst Risikomanagement, identifizierst und setzt Gegenmaßnahmen um und stellst die Einhaltung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Projektstandards und -richtlinien sicher

Dein Profil:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Projektmanagements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld, und ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis (z. B. im Bereich Sensorik, Messtechnik, Elektronik)
- Du hast idealerweise eine Projektmanagement-Weiterbildung (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) und gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden und -frameworks
- Du arbeitest analytisch, systematisch und strukturiert und besitzt Problemlösefähigkeit
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
- Du gehst sicher mit Projektmanagement-Tools um (z. B. MS Project, Jira, Asana) und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
